New Hyundai Venue 2026: How It Beats the Old Model

Hyundai India has shown off the all-new 2026 Venue, the second-generation compact SUV. It boasts a bolder look, a tech-rich interior, and more comfort. The new Venue has wider proportions, a new look, and better trims, but the engine options are mostly the same as the old model. The exact price will be announced on November 4, 2025.

Changes in Size and Design

The 2026 Venue is bigger than the old one. It is 48 mm taller, 30 mm wider, and 20 mm longer in wheelbase. These improvements not only make the car seem better on the road, but they also give it a little extra space inside. The taller stance and the extra rear quarter glass panel make it feel more expensive and give it a strong, solid look on the road.

The redesigned Venue still has the same shape on the outside, but the edges are now straight and muscular instead of rounded. The front has a full-width LED light bar that connects the revised quad LED headlamps. The grille has been made wider and has a chunkier shape. The SUV looks tougher with squared-off wheel arches, new 16-inch alloy wheels, and thicker cladding. A connected LED light strip at the back goes well with the block-pattern taillamps, and the new bumper adds sporty details.

Inside and Out

The inside of the cabin is fresh and centered on technology. There is a single curved glass panel that holds both the digital instrument cluster and the entertainment system. Each screen is 12.3 inches wide. The previous spherical air vents have been replaced with thin horizontal ones. The flat-bottomed three-spoke steering wheel with lights on it makes it look more premium.

The qualities that make it comfortable have been upgraded. The extended wheelbase gives you more headroom, and the back seats can now recline in two stages. The middle console contains an electronic parking brake, drive and traction modes, and seats that may be cooled down. These are all new things for the Venue. The automobile is easier to use and more convenient because it has ambient lighting, front parking sensors, and climate settings that you can touch.

Choices of engines and how well they work

You may still choose from three engines: the Kappa 1.2L MPI petrol, the Kappa 1.0L Turbo GDI, and the U2 1.5L CRDi diesel. You can use these engines with manual, automatic, or DCT gearboxes. Small changes might make driving smoother. A leaked variant-wise list shows eight trims: HX 2, HX 4, HX 5, HX 6, HX 6T, HX 7, HX 8, HX 10, and the new Diesel AT option.

The Venue still offers a lot of options with its traction modes (Sand, Mud, Snow) and drive modes (Eco, Normal, Sport). The AT and DCT versions come with paddle shifters, which make driving more fun.

Start and Reservations

The Venue for 2026 will open on November 4, 2025, but you may book a room today for only ₹25,000. You can pick from Mystic Sapphire, Hazel Blue, Dragon Red, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and Abyss Black for the outside. You can even acquire a top with two colors. The inside is finished in both Dark Navy and Dove Grey.

These modifications make the 2026 Hyundai Venue a much superior alternative in the compact SUV market when it comes to design, technology, and comfort.
